Policies & Returns

To set up an account as a vendor with Mark Durham's MAD Studio, please fill out our vendor form, which includes your tax ID number. We will then forward our wholesale pricing list to you via email.

To place an order, please fax the wholesale order sheet to 800.921.5306 or email your order to order@markdurhamstudio.com. We will need a credit card on file for the first three orders, and will invoice you net 30 days on your fourth order.

A confirmation of your order will either be emailed or faxed within 2 working days of receipt.

Returns/Damages

If your shipment is damaged in any way, YOU MUST KEEP THE PACKAGING. We will need UPS to come and inspect your order in the event it damaged during shipping. We are not responsible for damaged orders once the packaging has been discarded.

If your are unhappy with you order for any reason, please contact MAD immediately, within 7 days of receipt, in order to receive credit with MAD Studio.
